What is the difference between the Curves4TheWynn program vs The Workout Plan program which is already listed on the site?

y new program "Curves4TheWynn" includes new workouts each day for the entire 4 weeks with at home and gym options within the same program not separated like my previous program "The Workout Plan".

"The Workout Plan" is a split routine workout with 3 lower body days & two upper body days. It also doesn’t have new workouts every day. With "The Workout Plan" program, you would perform the same weekly workout for 1st two weeks then a new weekly workout for the last two weeks.
