Is this program for beginners?

New to working out? This plan is for you. Worked out before, but still learning? This plan is for you.

The program will challenge you for the better no matter your fitness level.

Is there a different workout for each day or does it change weekly?

There's a different workout for each day but all full body circuits with a focus on your lower body.

What is the difference between the Curve4TheWynn program vs The Workout Plan program which is already listed on the site?

My new program "Curves4TheWynn" includes new workouts each day for the entire 4 weeks with at home and gym options within the same program not separated like my previous program "The Workout Plan".

"The Workout Plan" is a split routine workout with 3 lower body days & two upper body days. It also doesn’t have new workouts every day. With "The Workout Plan" program, you would perform the same weekly workout for 1st two weeks then a new weekly workout for the last two weeks.
