Meet Our Founder: Tawana Wynn

Tawana is fierce, focused, and driven to positively impact lives through fitness. She is living proof that hard work and dedication goes a long way when it comes to perseverance and coming out on top.

Before becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Tawana spent years on her own fitness journey exploring athletic opportunities throughout her academic career. From an early age, she learned the importance of physical strength and mental determination through the likes of dance, cheerleading, Taekwondo, basketball, and track and field. Weightlifting opened her eyes to a new perspective and transformed her training style.

Through cross training and bootcamp style workouts, Tawana found comfort and created a niche for herself. While attending university, Tawana’s passion for fitness strengthened her mentally and helped her overcome the stress of juggling her education, work and everyday life - something we can all relate to. As she continued to workout and learn her body, Tawana transformed her physique from lean and athletic to what people now call “fit thick,”  a strong and fuller build.

Given her noticeable results, friends and future clients began approaching Tawana for assistance to begin their own fitness journey. She is a motivating force and holds her clients accountable toward achieving their fitness goals. Tawana is passionate about training others and continues to inspire other women to put in the work it takes to see, achieve, and retain results.
